general disclaimer

• By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.• Please read this entirely and carefully. I have the right to refuse the commission and you may not request a commission if you do not agree and/or comply to the conditions.• I also accept commissions via vgen, please see the available commission types at [https://vgen.co/lunarnia]• Request with complex details will result in an additional fee. Complex details may include, but are not limited to: clothing with complex patterns, tattoos, wings, armor/accessories/ornaments.• If I am designing your character/concept from scratch, additional fee will incur. Price will vary depending on the request.
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites.
• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

user agreement

• By commissioning me, you have ensured that my art style is right for your commission. I will not alter my style to mimic another artist's style.• I reserve the right to decline any commission if I am not comfortable.• I reserve the right to stream the process of the commission at twitch.tv/lunarniaa, unless the material is sensitive or under NDA. Privacy fee will incur since I stream five days a week. However, this does not mean I will definitely stream your commission.

artwork usage (personal/commercial)

- All commission pricing are for personal use only, [exception for Twitch and Live2D commission].
Other commercial use such as making extra graphics, printing on any items for sale, redistribution of my art is strictly prohibited without my permission and paying the merchandise fee beforehandcommercial use: 1.5x the original price of the commission [e.g. usage on twitter, twitch, instagram, tik tok, youtube, and other forms of social media promotion.]
merchandise use: 3x the original price of the commission [this includes usage for creating merchandise of prints, keychains, pillows, etc.]- if you are posting on any social media platforms, (i.e twitch, twitter, etc.) you must credit me on the twitter post/platform. This includes twitch panel credit and assign artist attribution credit if they are emote commissions on twitch.- I may use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion but will credit you when credit needs to be given. I will not use the commissioned artwork of your original characters for merchandise redistribution without permission.

Rush order

- Rush order allows you to skip the queue of all my current commissions and receive your order within 1 month or less, depending on the type of commission and quantity.- The rush order fee for any commission type is 50% additional to the total price of the commission.- Normal commission time without rush fee is between 1.5 - 3 months.- Rush priority is only available if I am able to meet the deadline proposed, please state clearly in your commission request so I can confirm if the rush order can be applied.

revisions

- In sketch phase, 2 revisions are available before going to the final. Additional sketch revisions will incur an extra fee.- There will be no revisions after approval of the sketches. If revisions need to be made, major changes or additional minor changes will result in a $30+ fee per revision, unless I am at fault.- Please note that if you respond to sketch approval late, the commission will also take longer to complete as I need your approval to move onto rendering stages.- Work In Progress images are available upon request. However, I will send over updates when they are at stages of rendering / near finish stages after the approval of sketches.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

- All prices are listed in USD and will only receive payment via PayPal.
After the invoice is sent, payment must be made within 48 hours, otherwise the commission is automatically cancelled.- NYC income tax / a 3.49%+$0.59 fee will be included in the final price. If you are based outside of the U.S., there will be an extra international transaction fee of 1.5%.- Full payment must be made before I start the commission if commission is under $200. Otherwise, 50% payment must be made upfront and 50% before final submission (upon request.)- no refund will be available unless I am unable to complete the illustrations.The commissioner must cover all costs of any transaction fee that has incurred during the two transfers.By commissioning me, you have agreed to all the terms listed above
